Privacy Policy – Simple CRM

Simple CRM is a mobile application developed by DODO INTERACTIVE LLP. This Privacy Policy explains how the app accesses, uses, and protects user data.

1. Authentication

Simple CRM uses Google Sign-In as the only authentication method. Authentication is handled securely using Google OAuth. The app does not manage separate usernames or passwords.

2. Information Accessed

With the user’s explicit permission, Simple CRM may access:

• User’s Google account email address (for authentication)
• Google Sheets owned by or shared with the user
• Google Drive metadata to identify accessible Google Sheets

The app updates Google Sheets data only when the user initiates an action.

3. Data Stored Outside the Device

Simple CRM stores configuration rules created by the Google Sheet owner. These rules define access permissions, filters, and actions for employees.

Example rules include column-based access conditions and action permissions. No Google Sheet content, lead data, or personal business data is stored on developer-managed servers.

4. Use of Information

Accessed data is used only to:

• Display CRM-related data from Google Sheets
• Apply access and visibility rules defined by the sheet owner
• Allow permitted updates to Google Sheets

Data is not used for advertising, profiling, tracking, or resale.

5. Data Sharing

Simple CRM does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties. All spreadsheet data remains within Google services.

6. Data Security

Data access is secured using Google OAuth and encrypted network connections. Users can revoke app access at any time through their Google Account settings.

7. Advertising and Analytics

The app does not currently display advertisements and does not use analytics or crash reporting tools.

If these features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated.

8. Children’s Privacy

Simple CRM is not designed for children under the age of 13. The app is intended for business and organizational use.

9. Account Deletion & Data Removal

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

To request account deletion, please send an email from your registered Google account to:

Upon receiving the request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User authentication records
• User-related rule configurations stored in Firestore
• Associated application access permissions

Data stored in the user’s own Google Sheets or Google Drive is not controlled by this app and must be managed directly through the user’s Google account.

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
